CMF-X Sponsored Project
A 14 weeks intense course project mimicking the professional world where we worked in rotating teams each week with industrial designers and bonded like a family!
Sponsored by: Adobe, HOKA, and General Motors
This is an important chapter of my life where I learn to boost my rapid ideation, decision-making, teamwork, leadership, and professionalism.

First group hangout, even though we're competing against each other we grew a strong bond together over the course. In this course project, teamwork is really important!

In this course, there's the 3-day disruption, a series of professional exercises in clear and concise storytelling. This sprint was not connected to a brand but intended to push ourselves in storytelling and communication as a whole.

We created a story using CMF material trays that revolve around narratives of the hero’s journey to water.

The story evolved to us creating like a "magic show"

In this Material Science Sprint, we learned the basics of Chemistry and Physics for materials.

We also learned the different material properties, sustainable materials, and innovation. We applied this knowledge to Hoka and GM using Adobe substance to create the textures.

We had the pleasure to visit the HOKA design studio in Santa Barbara where we discussed the brief of the project.

We got our own shoe merch too from the HOKA team members where we can test and run with it in nature.

Had lots of fun doing trend research in Santa Barbara!
